In an effort to preserve our distinctive culture and ensure we continue to enhance it, we have collected our values into an actionable credo. We call this the Seven Cs. The Seven Cs are a set of cultural principles that define who we are and underpin our business strategies. These principles are displayed in each Division and District office; are highlighted at every incentive meeting; and have inspired an annual recognition award.
